The overall atmosphere felt more like a high-end hotel than what we expected. The staff was professional and friendly, always polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcome from the first moment. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city and parking options nearby. We would definitely come again and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Timişoara.
