She is an incredibly kind, warm, and genuine person who truly cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was given a beautiful room with an amazing view, everything was spotless and brand new, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel feels very cozy and thoughtfully designed — I truly felt at home here. The entire team was super friendly and welcoming, which is something you don’t always experience in large hotel chains. This stay gave me a 100% “home away from home” feeling. I can’t wait to come back again and again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

I swear, if she ran for president, I’d vote twice. Hotels don’t need fancy fountains or gold-plated door handles. They just need a Nehla. If I could give her 6 stars, I would.
