I had very nice breakfast every morning and also dinner two times. The service was very good. I was not even checked in yet, and they served dates and Arabic coffee and some juice. Very friendly staff, and I felt welcome from the first step i took outside the car. I went in the gym on my first day, and when I came to my room, there was a bowl of nice fresh fruit. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Although it was listed as four stars on Booking, it truly deserves a five star rating by European standards. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are impressively spacious. The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently, and the sound insulation ensures a peaceful stay. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate every need, highly recommended. I especially appreciated how the staff were always ready to help whether assisting with luggage at the door or offering a beverage without ever making you feel pressured for tips. The restaurant is also excellent I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked Kabsa and Biryani, though be aware that the portions are very generous.
