The facilities of the hotel truly exceeded my expectations, it’s a high tech hotel with fully electronic curtains ,blinds lights . The staff was so polite and friendly especially Mirza and Ismail the restaurant managers would actually get everything on your table themselves if I asked for any item in the buffet . They took care of every guest themselves which is not usually in other buffet restaurants where even waiters ask you to help yourself I have stayed in many 5 stars including Ritz, Fairmount , Hilton etc but this hotel truly was an amazing experience Will stay in jeddah always in this hotel

Very well maintained, excellent location, easy approach to all key areas, good breakfast and above all super friendly and welcoming staff, special mention for Restaurant Manager (sorry I missed his name) & Ms Sara at the front desk (she was proactive in checking out our arrival and furnishing us with all the required info)….. there was also beautiful event organized at the hotel on occasion of Saudi Founding Day with complimentary drinks and snacks (enjoyed every bit of event)… Thank You staff..
