The staff is incredibly friendly and even "forgave" one stay that we had to cancel at the very last minute. They provide asistance with transportation to the airport and will do whatever they can to assist in any way they can. Truly remarkable.

Completely out of this world. It's not posh, it's stylish, beautiful, extremely expensive only the way this unique design and quality can be. Utterly gorgeous. B) Service is incredible. Yes it's the first year of the resort and the staff makes all that s possible to suffice. Yet they are from around the world the most profeccient and rhoughtfull, yet kind people. From the arrival to the departure transfer in orange Lucid car to the RSI airport. Totally in awe.
