Lovely new (open since 2 years) design boutique hotel located in a small village not far from Postojna caves. Lovely staff and magnificent room (we had 1 of the 2 upstairs suites). Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a buffet with varied and delicious offer. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect- set in a beautiful and green area of the town, very close to the monastery and the centres of both slovenian and italian part of the city are at walking distance. The studio itself is very clean, very cleverly arranged and even has a small kitchen. The bed was big and very comfortable. The owners also have a great restaurant nearby.

Gorgeous views from the pool and sitting area. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is massive and shower the best of my trip. I felt instantly comfortable there. The breakfast was amazing. I loved doing an olive oil tasting with the friendly owners. My only regret is not staying longer. I loved my stay there.

Everything at this villa was exceptional. The location was gorgeous, the apartment is new with all high-end finishes and appliances, the linen was soft and luxurious, and the grounds and landscaping were beautiful. We spent time on the large deck enjoying the views while drinking wine or coffee. The host Luka was extremely friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and provided us suggestions on what to do in the area. This is a must rent if you want a luxurious stay in the Brda wine region.
