From the selection of our preferred pillows, hand soap and lotion during check in, to addressing our needs during our stay, we experienced 5-star thai hospitality from all the staff we met during our stay. Cleaning was done daily and the bed was really comfortable for a good night's rest. Walking distance to the beach with free kayaks and SUP available for hotel guests. My son particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was a mix of ala carte and buffet style that we enjoyed. The resort was within 15mins walk to Central Samui and 10 mins drive to the airport.

The hotel is a quiet one offering very calm and relaxing vibes so if you’re looking to unwind and just relax, meditate and chill this place is perfect for you. The pool has a cool bar with jazzy music playing. They have a happy hour for drinks and a golden hour too during dinner. The spa is exactly what I needed to truly relax my muscles, I came out feeling hypnotized. They have professional masseuses who know what they are doing. I really enjoyed my stay here. Surrounded by tropical gardens, Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui offers luxurious seaside accommodation and a 200-metre private beach. A spa and 2 outdoor pools aside, it also has 3 restaurants and free... Konaklamamızda özel havuzlu odalardan tercih ettik, odanın büyüklüğü çok çok fazlaydı, oda çok temizdi, sivrisinek ilacına kadar en ufak ayrıntı bile düşünülmüştü. Her gün oda temizliği dışında da uğrayıp temizlik yapıldı, kurabiyeler, meyveler ikram edildi. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi, çok çeşit yoktu ama doyurucu anlamda iyiydi. Akşam ve öğle yemeği için otel bünyesinde çeşitli restoranlar vardı bu restoranlarda hem tayland mutfağı hem fastfood seçenekleri vardı. Menüde etlerin helal sertifikası olduğu yazıyordu bu Müslüman konuklar için büyük bir artı bence. Sahil ve deniz çok temizdi, kano, paddleboard gibi çeşitli aktiviteler ücretsiz sunuluyordu. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güleryüzlüydü. Otel çok sakin sessiz yeşillikler içindeydi, gene gitsem aynı yeri tercih ederim, şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

By far the best holiday experience we ever have had. Even before arriving we sensed the incredibly high service. We were contacted by the manager, who arranged our pickup from the ferry pier. Upon arrival, we were served chilled drinks and fruit, with a thorough presentation of the villa. The villa has an amazing view and is situated in a quite place but everything is easy accessible by car. We were able to walk to a nearby supermarket, the beach and a restaurant with Michelin mentions. The service is outstanding. Every morning we were met by Shun, ever smiling and professional, who would play with our baby while we enjoyed the lovely food. When we were finishing our breakfast, the manager Aeng, would stop by to coordinate with us, whether it was arranging things or simply give recommendations. All the housekeeping was tailored to fit nap times and the staff was super flexible and understanding. The chef must be a magician, and the in-house dinning, whether it was light starters or the full set menu, was prepared with excellence and beautifully arranged. Every single staff member, we met were incredibly kind and caring - the parking guard would always greed us and wish us good day or good night, the pool crew and technicians were outmost kind. We were asked about our baby’s troubled skin, and the manager recommended changing the chlorine levels of the pool, which then happened before we could spell swimming. The pool keeper measured the levels every day, and brought back all the swimming toys before we realized they were missing. Lightbulbs were changed in seconds almost before we even realized the light was missing. We tried to cancel our next stay at another hotel to stay another week, but unfortunately had to move on. We discussed whether we should kidnap Shun, because she was the star of our stay, but instead we would rather come back to the lovely place and the incredible people working there.

The Cottage was the highlight of our trip. After a stressful experience elsewhere, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. The place is lovely and the staff is simply amazing—a special shoutout to Rain for his brilliant and attentive service! Breakfast and lunch were always great and fresh. Everything was perfect for us and our 7-month-old baby. 10/10 recommended!

We stayed at the villa with a 1 year old. We were very well taken care of and the breakfast / food was great. The staff was very attentive.
