I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic establishment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The modern design truly stands out, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. The gym facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The pool area is simply gorgeous, perfect for relaxing after a workout or enjoying a swim. As for the restaurant, the food was delicious and offered a great selection, making it a delightful place to dine. To top it all off, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the facilities and services provided. I can confidently say I will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend!

Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

This amazing hotel is great for a relaxed stay. It is just up the hill from Karon Beach. Before our stay, we asked for a mattress topper which was on the bed when we arrived. The room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple pools which are all lovely. The staff were great in helping us with airport transfers, taxis and day trips. The breakfast buffet had everything you can think of. There is a free shuttle to the beach a couple of times a day but the walk down the hill to the beach/town is easy.

The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, the breakfast had an amazing variety, and we had a gorgeous room with such cute details (we received dried fruit every day with a note explaining how they relate to Thailand, we had a towel animal on the bed daily, there was a Bluetooth speaker system to play music through the whole room, the shower had two shower heads, they provided mosquito spray in the room, etc.). The rooms are accessible via buggy and we never had to wait more than 5 mins to receive one. The drivers were then also so friendly and fun. We have been in Thailand for multiple weeks and this has been one of our favorite stays and we would come again any time.
