Liu Resorts ofrece alojamiento 5 estrellas frente al mar en Side y tiene un jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. El alojamiento ofrece restaurante y también tiene un bar, sauna y hammam. Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!

Clean hotel, large and modern room, huge park with an impresissive variety of flowers and trees, frendly staff( specian thanks to Aisha, from beach bar, alwaiys smiling and Faruk, waiter on restaurant terrace, very efficient). Last but not list the quality of the sand on the beach and the lawn ( tipical english). Animation, sows every night, in conclusion an unforgenttable vacation.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

Great food, friendly stuffs, helpful children care, comfort spa! Great food: International dishes everyday, and has 3 nights of a week with different themes, like Turkey, Asia, seafood. What we like most are Turkish food. Friendly stuffs: The stuffs in restuarance and cafe are very friendly. The personal assistant tries to solve all your problems. The Christmas eve activity is exceeded our expectations. Helpful children care Monday to Saturday 4.5 hours children care, very helpful. If it can be prelonged to 6 hours (covers lunch time), even better! Comfort spa: The massage is professional. I think they do want to bring the best experience to guests from their hearts!

You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. We are looking forward to coming back to this place next year. Our expectations were exceeded in the following areas: the Kids Club, the Laser Show, and the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel, even when it was fully booked.
