Great location, what it felt like, as first-time visitor of Chicago, in a safe district with a large number of brand-name stores near, only few minutes walk to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities around the hotel. Very comfortable mattress and pillows (as someone with back problems and headaches, I slept amazing all 4 nights). Overall room arrangement was great and spacious, beautifully decorated, just enough to feel comfy while staying.
