From check-in to checkout, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — we loved the modern design and attention to detail. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do in Chicago. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Chicago. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great, easy check-in. Loved the room - everything was brand new and shiny! I arrived in the evening and enjoyed getting a glass of wine at the bar and taking it to my room to relax on the bed and watch TV. Very decadent! Didn't have any breakfast but appreciated that they have grab-and-go (and coffee) for early airport departures. Shuttle was punctual and efficient. Price was excellent for the facilities and free shuttle. Would stay here again and not bother to look at other properties.
