Breakfast was fantastic. Not like other places where they make it in a steam table or just heat up frozen food. They actually take the time to make you REAL pancakes.

Our motivation for choosing this property was the proximity to the Cliff Walk and First Beach. Although our unit was up a flight of stairs, it was tremendous. We arrived at a late hour but the host was able to accommodate that with no trouble. We would have wished that we could have spent more time there, but our schedule and site-seeing activities did not allow that. We had room 12. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and had plenty of pressure to blast through the thickest of hair! Breakfast was very good. We found out after the fact that although they offer a couple of regular options, they will accommodate reasonable requests. the digital locks on the rooms was very convenient.

Cute smallish room, clean and nice bathroom. Bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is huge!! Walking distance to all the mansions and cliff walk. Restaurants and cute shops near. It's good that they offer free parking as it would have been hard to find a spot otherwise. Very easy self check-in at late night.

I loved that the owners were so kind and caring about needs. We didn’t need anything from the owners as the room was perfect. The breakfast served by the owners was excellent and they are very friendly
