From the moment you entered the hotel, you could feel exceptionally good energy. At the reception we were greeted by two people working that day, with a huge smile and a very positive attitude. Check-in went quickly and smoothly, we immediately received a card to the room. When I asked about a few places we would like to visit in the city, I was asked to come back for more information after unpacking my suitcases. Very nice Art’Trell and Leah told us where to go, where to eat well and what to visit - it was extremely kind and nice of them. Visiting more than 100 hotels a year, we have not met such a nice and positive service for a long time. I believe that such employees should work at the receptions of all hotels - after all, this is the heart of every facility. This level of service definitely deserves recognition and recognition. The hotel itself was very clean, pleasant, the breakfast was delicious and the organization of the staff’s work was very good.
