The General Manager Erica and staff made the stay memorable. I could not have asked for better customer service. I was pleasantly suprised by relaxed they made to make our trip the best. I came down early for a wedding and Eric and the staff more than accommodated my wife to allow her to get dressed prior to the event. Rooms were a great size and comfortable.

The staff was lovely...at all times. I enjoyed my stay. However, I was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary but it was not. I've had some of the best complementary breakfasts at other Courtyards (specifically, Essex Green, NJ). Overall, it was a great stay.

The waiter was overwhelmed with clients they lost my ticket in a black book with my debit card inside, I told her I had to go she totally disregarded my request and I think she was training someone who had no clue.

The breakfast items were delicious. You had to pay for them (they weren't included in the room price), but there was an outstanding selection and they were really good. I bought breakfast each of the mornings I stayed there. Plus, they also sold Starbucks coffee (lattes, etc.). The pillows on the bed were outstanding, and the beds were confortable. The room furniture was very nice. I had to work while I was there, and the Internet access was very good. The place where the breakfast was sold (in the lobby) also sold cocktails and hot appetizers at night. They had comfortable lobby furniture and tvs.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We got food from the lobby and it was ok. Not really worth the price paid for it. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. We would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Jax port.
