Property is easy approachable, whole family members were glad of property and staff - From housekeepers to receptionists. Reception guy ( unfortunately forgot his name) who welcomed us friendly, explaining all around the first evening we arrived to the hotel and Khatuna was one to be reminded with her smile and her care approach to the us.

He kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to freshen up by using the gym, pool, and spa facilities. He even kept our belongings safe while we explored Dubai, and once our room was ready at 3pm, we were able to relax without any hassle. We truly appreciated his helpfulness, professionalism, and warm hospitality, which made our early arrival stress-free. Thank you, Magamed, for making our stay start off so smoothly! During our stay, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible service provided by Shoaib and Raj. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Shoaib's attention to detail and Raj's warm and friendly demeanor truly made us feel special. Their dedication and professionalism turned a great breakfast into a memorable experience.
