It is one of the best hotels in Kelowna, it will not be my last stay in this hotel.

It was really clean and everything was new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good with different selections. I enjoyed having access to tea or coffee all day and evening.

Great location close to the highway, room was clean comfortable. Highly recommend

Location was great, very clean, staff friendly

I'm moving from Alaska to NY state, so I had only planned to stay one night. I arrived late at night and parked in the lot across the street. (I was unaware that there was underground parking for the hotel.) Because I'm moving, I had quite a lot of stuff in my car. The manager, Jamie, helped me to my car with the bags that I had brought in, and we discovered that a window on my car had been broken and one large suitcase had been stolen. Jamie took a lot of his time to help me make arrangements to get the window replaced, even driving my car up the street to the glass shop when I felt too rattled to drive. They, of course, did not have a replacement window for my car, so Jamie made sure that I could keep my room at the hotel for another night (and possibly two) while they ordered one. It turned out that they would have needed a week to get a replacement window, so they put me in touch with a glass shop in Calgary (where I still am, staying with friends, and waiting for a window to arrive - hopefully - today). I cannot say too much about how friendly, helpful, and sympathetic Jamie and his staff (and RCMP, who did recover my bag with only a few things missing) were - desk staff, restaurant wait staff, everyone. Jamie runs a great crew, and they clearly are proud of their work and enjoy working for him. The accommodations were stellar, but what really shines at the Courtyard Marriott are the people.

Brunch was probably the best part. The chicken waffles with the pecans. Perfection. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. My kids want to come back and that’s high praise coming from and 8 and 6 year old girls. Loved the mattress. Slept amazing. Rooms were so pretty.

The location was close for taking the Sky Train to the Waterfront and for getting to the airport fairly quickly via the shuttle provided by the hotel.

Centrally located. Light and airy rooms with windows as one side of room.
