Always greeted with a smile by the helpful and friendly staff. They were so lovely. The room was very spacious, bathroom was large and clean. Housekeeping was conducted everyday. In the room, there were Tea, Coffee and Water on a daily basis. The location was excellent walking distance to most of the attractions, Underground City shopping malls and Restaurants, The Darlington Restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly.

Very clean, great staff, great room, very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel for my short stay. The check in and check out was effortless and I only stayed for one night so I didn't have time to check out the areas or amenities.

Best experience for work travel ever. Front reception Mykala and Sandy went over and above for me. Ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before I headed home. Their English was refreshing and for the first time in all my years of travel, I had a great conversation during check out. I promise I will be back because of them!

Really helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Excellent location just by the walls and one of the gates to the Old Town. Couldn't be nearer to the action but the hotel itself couldn't be quieter. Would definitely recommend.
