We stayed for 1 night. The breakfast spread was good. The bed was comfortable. We had welcome fruits plate waiting for us. That was kind of the hotel. Although the room was clean, It's a good time they started upgrading the room.

These place is always perfect. Chris the front desk guy is just perfect and very very helpful. Thanks to him the stay at the place was more than great.

Shanghai Marriott Hotel Kangqiao memenuhi keperluan generasi baharu pelancong bsines dan percutian di Shanghai. Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices a very busy place in morning, staff was excellent and very accommodating. Hotel and rooms were very clean, housekeeping staff are excellent!

The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.
