L'atenció del personal. Poder disposar de l'habitació abans d'hora. L'esmorzar bufet va estar bé, incloïa brioixeria, cereals, fruita, infusions, cafè... La comoditat de tenir l'aeroport a 10 minuts caminant i ben connectats amb la línia DLR, amb la qual podies arribar al centre de Londres fàcilment.

Aquest hotel està situat a la zona de North London, a poca distància a peu del Regent's Park i del zoològic de Londres.

A 5 minuts del metro. Molt ben situat per poder visitar els llocs més turístics de Londres. L’esmorzar excel.lent ja que era molt variat i de qualitat. L’habitació molt espaiosa per a 1 família de 4 persones i estava molt net.
