The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. Easy check in, and check out. The carpet in the floor was a bit thick that made rolling a suitcase a bit hard. The room was perfect, clean, highly maintained, temperature control, lots of electricity sockets, cable TV, and room service was swift and on time. The hotel coach was very helpful (if you know how to find its location. Instructions given on this matter were not the clearest nor helpful).

He lent us HK$ when we didn’t have sufficient funds to pay the cab from the cruise dock. He made sure that we got on the right bus to the airport. Ronald is an excellent ambassador for Marriott.
