From the moment we arrived at Marriott Jaisalmer Resort & Spa, we knew this trip was going to be something special. The welcome itself was nothing short of magical! As we stepped into the property, we were greeted with beautiful Rajasthani songs, and flowers were gently showered from above, making the whole welcome feel straight out of a royal celebration. They even gave us the traditional Rajasthani pagdi (topi), which added such a cultural and warm touch — absolutely loved it! Hospitality & Service – 10/10 The hospitality at this property is exceptional. From the reception itself, you truly feel like the staff is committed to giving each guest a memorable stay. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous — extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and designed with a perfect blend of heritage and modern luxury. There was a lovely lady from the hotel who personally took us on a tour of the property and then guided us to our room. This gesture made us feel genuinely cared for. The Room (Room 129) I stayed in Room 129, and it was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. They provide everything you need — toiletries, water, essentials, etc. The room was cleaned daily, and one thing that really made me smile was a cute handwritten note left by the staff saying “Thank you for staying”. Such little touches make all the difference. 💌😊 Amenities The Pool The pool area is beautiful and extremely well-maintained. The only thing I felt could be improved is adding a heated pool, especially because Jaisalmer gets quite chilly at night. But overall, still a wonderful place to relax. The Gym The gym is surprisingly impressive — clean, organized, and equipped with all the essentials. They always have water bottles and towels ready, which shows how well they maintain it.

Jaipur Marriott Hotel is located in the commercial area of Ashram Marg, a 6-minute drive from the International Airport of the city. I like the staff and go there only for their services . They are helping me with cars , getting me to airports remind me to check out Keeping my bags and bringing them wherever it is needed. Arranging for my favorite room to be available etc. The list is long . I can’t function in my work without the Marriott Jaipur staff. Excellent managers , concierges and Security team oriented towards problem Solving I love them !
