During our recent stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and impeccable service that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The valet parking team was prompt and courteous, making the check-in process seamless. They handled my vehicle with care and ensured I didn’t have to worry about parking, which is always a relief after a long journey. Upon check-in /check-out the hotel, the bell boy (Mr.Amal ) were quick to assist with my luggage. Their friendly demeanor and professional attitude immediately made our feel welcomed and well taken care of. At the reception, we were greeted warmly by the team(Ms Shijina), who handled our check-in efficiently. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special mention to the customer relationship team (Ms. Rose, Ms.Haneena & Ms Hadhi), give us a surprise for our wedding Anniversary and make it a memorable one . We felt like we were enjoying our Honeymoon in Kochi Marriot . The room was immaculate, thanks to the diligent work of the room boys (Mr. Ajit AK, Mr. Sujith and Mr. Sabari ), who maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. My requests for additional toiletries and room service were met with a smile and quick delivery. Also expressing our gratitude to all Chefs at Kochi Marriott for an amazing breakfast . Overall, the Kochi Marriott Hotel stands out for its well-trained and hospitable staff. Their collective effort in providing exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa ligt tussen de internationale luchthaven en de indrukwekkende Nandi Hills in Bangalore. Het is een volledig geïntegreerd luxe resort. Restaurant was great with friendly, courteous service and terrific food... Hemu, Padmakhi and Armaan (apologies if I've got names incorrect) thanks for making our stay memorable. Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Bangalore. This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service and valet parking. For some reason love was in the air. We were there to celebrate our 25 th Anniversary and from the time we entered the hotel we felt loved and taken care of. A loud welcome ma'am and welcome sir from the valet at the entrance. The front desk had Priyanka who was the sweetest person at the reception ever. She gave us a lot of surprises....a lounge pass with food and drinks were on the house, an entry for a DJ nite, a surprise cake cutting in the room. At the lounge they were celebrating a customer week and we had an opportunity to cut the cake there as well. The rooms were clean as u would imagine. The staff is very friendly......I thought it was just a perfect Anniversary celebration 🎉🥳

JW Marriott Bengaluru is a luxury hotel ideally located near Cubbon Park in the heart of the city, offering a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Eén van de beste hotels waar ik ooit ben geweest! Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Luxe en ruime kamer en badkamer, heel fijn om lekker te ontspannen. Heerlijk in de zon gelegen bij het zwembad, een massage genomen in de spa en lekker gegeten bij één van de restaurants buiten op het terras. Het ontbijt was in één woord GEWELDIG; zo uitgebreid heb ik het nog nooit gezien, letterlijk alles was aanwezig en allemaal even lekker. Als ik ooit weer in de buurt ben hier kom ik zeker terug!

After inadvertently leaving our identification and several important documents with the valet while heading to the airport, we only realized the oversight after passing through immigration security and entering the terminal. Fortunately, upon contacting the hotel, the staff exhibited remarkable kindness and promptly arranged for the items to be delivered to the airport. The duty manager, Ms. Lavanya, along with the hotel driver, Mr. Manikandan, efficiently facilitated the process, and the Chief Security Officer at Madurai International Airport was instrumental in ensuring the retrieval of our essential documents. We are grateful to the hotel staff and the Officers at Madurai Airport for their swift and understanding response to our situation.

Courtyard Mariott Hyderabad ligt in het centrum van de stad en biedt gedeeltelijk uitzicht op het beroemde Hussain Sagar Lake. 1,Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel in de Momo koffieshop waar ik mijn dagelijks ontbijt had. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel dat niets te veel was om het naar mijn zin te maken. Met kok samen en de medewerkes op de foto, ten afscheid een speciaal stukje taart met 'See you soon' aangeboden gekregen. 2. De bar van Marriott had ook bijzonder vriendelijke service. Ik werd direct herkend als gast van vorige keer. Kreeg een bedankkaart van het team van Altitude, vooral bartender D.J. Nandu en Riyaz bijzonder gewaardeerd.
