Only 1 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport, this Courtyard by Marriott hotel is well connected to Venice by public bus and ferry. On the doorstep of Marco Polo airport, but perfectly sound insulated. Bus stops into Venice and the airport right in front of the hotel. Taxi rides into Venice are also available - cost circa 30 euros depending on traffic. Good café in the immediate vicinity and a restaurant on site. Staff are professional and extremely polite and efficient. Makes sense booking here rather than in the city centre if your flight is early in the morning, but you want to enjoy Venice at night, or if you are looking for something more affordable without compromising on quality. Taxi services into the airport are available to book at the hotel. Around 20 euros day time tariff.
