The staff are phenomenal. The included breakfast is delectable, and the dinner at any of the restaurants is artful and savory. My room is spacious with everything I would need and has an amazing view of the city and port. Aya Enomoto, who performed my deep tissue massage and facial, is a master of her craft. I have had many massages and facials before, but the one I received from her was amazing! This place was home away from home for a few days, and above all, it really did feel "heavenly." Thank you so much for providing exceptional quality and care to make my first time in Japan more memorable. Wonderful people work here. ❤️

Situated just a 5-minute walk from Kita-Shinagawa Train Station and a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Shinkansen (bullet train) Station, Tokyo Marriott Hotel is an luxurious accommodation offering... This was a last minute reservation in the middle of the typhoon, and they were wonderful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We were just off the long flight so that was much appreciated.
