Open from November 2015, Courtyard by Marriott Shinosaka Station boasts a 19th-floor Teppanyaki restaurant and rooms furnished with modern interior. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. They are truly the business card of this hotel and embody the very best of the JW Marriott brand.
