Opened in March 2014, Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel is located on the high floors of Abeno Harukas building featuring direct access to Tennoji Station. Luxurious rooms feature free WiFi. I loved the convenient location to and from Itami airport and option to use the airport bus from a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel. I loved that the hotel was right at the Tennoji train station, and we were able to catch our train to and from locations in Wakayama prefecture very easily and then just walk to / from the hotel. The view from the room was a spectacular city view and our room was very comfortable - including the bed, bedding, pillows, shower, and amenities. I wanted to leave an item of value at the hotel before going on a multi-day hiking trek (Kumano Kodo) and the manager had given permission to leave it in a safe box for me. I didn't end up leaving it but it was excellent that I had the option and that the staff was so accommodating. We loved the tremendous and delicious breakfast buffet and views from the restaurant and the discount voucher for guests at the hotel.

Located an 11-minute drive from JR Shirahama Train Station, Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel offers a view of the beautiful Namariyama Bay and free WiFi at public areas. Huge hotel rooms with excellent facilities. 50m from the stunning local beach. Lovely onsen and spa area along with nice relaxed hang out/viewing spaces high up in the hotel and in the main reception area. Great washing and drying facilities onsite were very welcome too.

Open from November 2015, Courtyard by Marriott Shinosaka Station boasts a 19th-floor Teppanyaki restaurant and rooms furnished with modern interior. Hotel is located in a great spot and easy to get to.

Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. They are truly the business card of this hotel and embody the very best of the JW Marriott brand.
