The staff were all helpful and smiley, from the cleaner to reception and restaurant. People were nice to children. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and clean- a real luxury. The food was delicious and they adapted food without problem for my kids. Thanks so much!

Nestled along the beach in the middle of Cancun's hotel zone, this luxurious hotel offers comfortable accommodations and relaxing spa services just steps from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.
