Friendly staff with exceptional service and hospitality. This was the standard and consitency throughout our stay. Beautiful, luxurious and well designed and decorates from lobby, to the restaurants rooms, and restaurants. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was home away from home. Views from infinity pool and rooftop bar are breathtaking.

Located on Sukhumvit 2, it is just a 2-minute walk from Ploenchit and Nana BTS Skytrain stations. This luxurious city retreat offers a pampering spa, an outdoor pool and 24-hour in-room dining. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff so thoughtful at my husband's 50th and resolved issues with us having our passports at the visa office. They upgraded us so grateful for that too. The lobby spa smell is divine, the beds and pillows provide a dreamy sleep!

The staff at the Executive Lounge namely Ms Tanya and Ms Jessica were on the ball with trying to anticipate what the guests needed. They were very accommodating.
