From the Welcoming Team at the doors to the reception, to the concierge to the staff at the restaurants and lounge and to the housekeeping staff…everyone was fantastic!! The staff at the Executive Lounge namely Ms Tanya and Ms Jessica were on the ball with trying to anticipate what the guests needed. They were very accommodating.
