The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and the service was absolutely indulgent! Every staff member, without exception, did everything to ensure our satisfaction, always with a smile. The "all-inclusive" package was the best decision we made, especially with young children who get hungry every few hours and at inconvenient times. I can't find a single flaw—everything was perfect.

Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
