Discover Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, a serene escape on Tri-Trang Beach, just 3 km from lively Patong Beach, 16 km from Phuket Town and only 40 km from Phuket International Airport. It's beautiful, it's clean, the food is delicious, the staff is super nice. Also, with the 3 pool settings, it's perfect for many types of travelers. There's a pool set up perfect for families with kids, another on it's perfect for anyone and there's one pool setting for single people and couples, for more quiet setting. The resort is also close to everything: beaches, downtown, restaurants, bars.... It exceeded our expectations.

Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience.
