We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

The room was large and comfortable. Having a fridge was a plus, and there was self-service laundry not far from our room. We were in the middle of a two-week trip, so it was handy to be able to wash dirty clothes. The bed and pillows were excellent. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. I didn't need quarters for the laundry, but the front desk had some. The recommendation for food delivery was excellent -- and the food was better than expected. The breakfast buffet the next morning was good.

Great, helpful and welcoming reception team. Good location. If you don’t want to drive by car to NY city there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 158 - takes you directly to the city center. If you take 165- on the way back you can stop to enjoy sunset in the Old Glory Park it’s really stunning location. It has parking - 18$ which is actually lower than average other hotels are offering. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Good breakfast and lots of options to eat out around the hotel. We would come back, thank you for your hospitality!
