I had a lovely stay at this hotel, but what made it truly unforgettable was Liza from the breakfast restaurant. In all my travels, it is rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, and Liza is one of those special people. Every morning she greeted everyone with the warmest smile, remembered the guests, and made each person feel welcome and valued. Her kindness was never forced—it came naturally, and you could feel that she truly cared about making everyone’s day a little brighter. It’s amazing how one person can completely change the atmosphere of a hotel. Thanks to Liza, breakfast wasn’t just a meal—it became one of the highlights of every day. She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that it genuinely felt like coming home each morning. Please take good care of employees like Liza. People like her cannot be taught—they bring something truly special with them. She is a wonderful ambassador for your hotel, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Liza, for your kindness, your professionalism, and for making my stay so memorable. I hope to come back one day, and I hope to see your smiling face again.
