Exceptional hotel. Really good value and comfy. We were flying at 3am and the reception staff really looked after us and let us keep the room free of charge until midnight which we were really pleased about. Would highly recommend 👌

Hotel Mercure Fortaleza Meireles offers a privileged location on Meireles Beach, just one block from the sea and from the Handicraft Market, also close to shopping malls. Aline at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating she greeted me with a smile at 10:40pm I expressed how famished I was and she directed me to the restaurant to put in my order before 11 to have it sent to my room the gentleman taking my order at the restaurant was extremely pleasant and gave me great recommendations for food choices the staff really made my stay for the few hours I was there very relaxing.
