I recently stayed at the Mercure Berlin City Hotel and was impressed by their thoughtful approach to inclusion and accessibility. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I truly appreciated the spacious, disabled-friendly room I was allocated. It was designed with care, featuring ample space for easy mobility and an extra bed, presumably for an assistant, which adds a practical touch for travelers needing support. One of my favorite amenities was the tea-making facility in the room—nothing beats a warm cup of tea after braving the chilly winter weather! The assistant on-site went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay, which made all the difference. The hotel's location is another highlight. Its proximity to the train station and various public transport options makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Mercure Berlin City Hotel for anyone looking for an inclusive and comfortable place to stay in Berlin. Their commitment to accessibility and guest comfort is commendable!

يقع فندق ميركيور هذا في حي نويكولن في العاصمة برلين، ويقدم غرفاً مكيفة الهواء ومطعماً عصرياً. وتقع محطة مترو أنفاق بودين شتراسه على بعد 100 متر فقط. Good location, clean, soundproofed and staff was very friendly. Rooms are pretty large and contain big TVs and refrigerators - very useful. Near an U-Bahn station. Lots of shops, reataurants and cafes around.

This 3 star superior boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street between Berlin's lively Schöneberg and traditional Charlottenburg districts. Absolutely fine and totally what I expected for a hotel in this location.
