We drove to Biarritz and brought our dog. We had an extra fee for the dog and had to pay for parking (which was in the same block as the hotel and super convenient and less expensive than I expected) but this was known upfront and was expected. The room was so comfortable and clean - we had a view over the street and the city is just so beautiful. Location was perfect and we could walk - or run - to anywhere we needed to go from the hotel.

Located in the historic district of Bordeaux Chartrons and just a few minutes from the heart of the city, the hotel is the ideal place for an authentic local experience. The room size was spacious! The air conditioning was perfect and we enjoyed our time at the hotel very much.

Este Mercure Hotel está situado a solo 500 metros del aeropuerto de Mérignac y a 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Burdeos. Good position. Lovely meal. Free shuttle. Super helpful staff when we left things behind in our room and they very quickly organised for them to be delivered by shuttle to us at the airport before we flew. Fantastic service. Thank you.
