The Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport was sensational. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very sleek with lots of products. We had our evening meal there and also breakfast and both were very tasty. The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus, but we didn't catch it, instead catching a taxi which only cost 1,500 yen (very reasonable, I thought). I would not hesitate to stay at the Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport again.
The location was perfect. It was easy to find, just a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants but in a quiet street away from any noise. The place was a comfortable size for a family of four (but could have easily fitted more people) and the internet worked well (according to my teenager). It was spotlessly clean, well equipped to cook, and the beds were really comfortable. The showers worked well and we appreciated the toiletries. I would highly recommend this place. We feel very lucky to have stayed there.
The room is pretty nice. The large bathroom is really amusing. They have a man's sauna, which is very comfortable. The staff speaks English and is very polite. They adjust the cleaning time according to our request, very friendly. Nice breakfast quality.
Amazing and very nice place! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The room was spacious according to Japanese standards and had everything you needed. The location of the hotel is good, there are several metro stations nearby.
Very good location near cablecar, very friendly owner prepared the meals according our needs, big room
Pleasant experience. We suddenly had additional one adult and the hotel accommodate our request accordingly. Those who wants to stay here no need to bring your pyjamas and toiletries. All provided by the hotel and very comfortable. So save your space and bag for shopping :)

Large rooms - which was why we stayed there. Easy to get into Tokyo,, only slight annoyance is that the resort monorail stops running around 2230hrs, so you need to be back at Maiahama accordingly. There is a great food court and supermarket between the resort monorail station and the JR station.
Staff were very helpful and friendly Location is good near multiple metro stops The lock box inside pod is useful Plenty of restaurants / shops closeby Very quiet in own pods - although noisier on male floor according to my son!
