This is the first capsule hotel in the world and, accordingly, there are several unique features that you would not find at the other capsule hotels. Capsules are large and they serve common rooms where you can loosen up. They also have a large “shared” bath and sauna. You don't have to bring your nightwear, towels, toothbrush.

Everything. The hotel is clean, neat and modern. Rooms are big according to Japanese standards. I really could not find anything negative to this hotel, just perfect!

The owner/person who runs the place is clearly a triathlon dude what is by nature the premium category of a human being. Accordingly, it is nothing but convenient to rent a bike for an entire day for discovering Kyoto. The hostel kitchen is well equipped & and a short walk to the Main Street you do find everything you need: Supermarkets, amazing Soba eateries & the typical local fresh catch (fish) shops (offering best cut tuna sashimi you can start dreaming of today).

It’s clean. And quite large according to the money spent. Can both both luggage. Location is convenient too.

Breakfast was pretty good. Got a pretty good selection to choose from. They also have 2 different levels for different type of breakfast according to your liking. My boyfriend proposed to me in the hotel, the reception did well in hiding his plans & opening the door for the photographers & event planners to enter while we were out.

The hotel is run according to strict professional standards. If that is what one expects, then it certainly fits the bill. This is the perfect place for anyone not expecting anything more but a decent place to stay. Check in is nearly fully automated. Cleaning service is impeccable. The only thing that made the hotel stand out was the breakfast staff, who truly went way beyond duty to give the impression one was not just a faceless customer.

Room was clean. View of the hills. This hotel looks like old American hotel for businessmen according room lock and effective layout of the room. :-D All necessary is there, suitcase holder, table, mirror, internet.... Nearby are restaurants and shops. It is not far away for walk to the Kamikura shrine... Breakfast is nice - soup, rice, eggs, bread, coffee....

I am really sorry I totally mixed up my two evaluations of my two stays at Apartment Hotel 11. I meant to give the better review for the Shinsaibashi location and a less good review for Namba. Please modify my evaluations accordingly if that is possible, thanks !

There are good International Breakfast options Brand New Hotel. Ultra Clean Room Space was Bigger and Amazing according to other Japan Hotels Helpful - Smily - Respectful, Young Hotel Staffs, Thanks a lot to all of them.
