The hosts are very responsive. Second, the place is new and some parts are still being built. This means that all the amenities are new and in very good condition. Third, the place offers tons of amenities for the common kitchen, towels for each room and even laundry detergent for usage. There's even a TV in the main room with Netflix available. Fourth, the rooms, building entrance, laundry room and even main gate have a code for entrance instead of keys, making it way easier to get in an out. Fifth, the accommodation is located near to the airport (15-20 mins walk) ans very close to restaurants and shops (2-3 mins). Finally, the host are amazing and very open. They allow for both cash and card payments (either Visa or Mastercard). Bonus: there's a small tower just outside the property offering great start gazing opportunity.
