There was not a breakfast at this location. The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The location was close to many food options. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through Perry FL for any length of stay.

After check for room 102 there was a cockroack in the tub and the room was smelly. The front desk clerk then put us in room 106. It looked like someone slept on the bed and the sliding glass door was not locked. Appears someone was coming in through the unlocked sliding glass door unbeknownst to the front desk. Although the motel itself has seen several owners over the years, he has done a wonderful job bringing the Royal Inn back from near extinction. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds are the most comfortable motel beds I've slept in in years while on the road. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!
