Now this was a good surprise! For a motel, this sure comes across as a decent affordable hotel. The place is clean, well maintained, parking is fine. I've stayed here twice on my trip, two different rooms, so a decent sample. The showers work, good pressure, warm works excellently. Paint and maintenance all look like it is recently well maintained. Breakfast was also the best I had anywhere, decent variation of choices, including several warm options. If they keep this up, this is a place I'll for sure get back to on my next trip through Houston. Best price/quality I've seen on my Texas trip, and I've seen a bunch of places. If you keep in mind this is a motel, you will for sure be contented and I expect as pleasantly surprised as I was.
