With the choice of local and western items it was always a good start to the day. I like the location and it is close to where I need to go most of the time. It is also very convenient for friends to visit from the city. The staff are very friendly and make an effort to speak English and practice their English speaking skills with me. The facilities are great and the service from all staff is excellent. Most enjoyable stay for my time in Surabaya.

The room was very big and clean, and the hotel has lovely traditional decor around the lobby and hallways, yet a modern bedroom and bathroom. Location-wise the hotel is within walking distance to traditional warungs, plus the main area for evening street entertainment (live music, street markets). It is also only a 25-30 minute drive to the airport. A great stay we will be back!

First impression of resort was really nice. Hotel staff were all very pleasant. Room was very cosy. Restaurant international dinner buffet has wide spread. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed my 2 night stay. Value for money!
