The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was awesome. The bed was very comfy, room and bathroom were very clean. Rooftop pool was amazing and so was the view. Nothing to complain about with this hotel.

Situated 5.1 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and overlooking the Arabian Sea Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is a beach front property. Courteous staff at reception - Akshata & Manish allowed early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Room was also upgraded which was amazing. Check in process was quick an efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing hospitality- all staff were ever so helpful. This was my first stay at Novotel and I was so impressed that I will surely return again.
