L'hospitalitat del personal. L'alejandra em va atendre molt bé des del primer dia, em va fer un mini tour per la ciutat en un mapa, em va recomenar zones per anar, per anar a sopar - dinar i per esmorzar. A sobre l'hotel està en ple centre i és una zona molt tranquila però amb restaurants.
