Great place to stay if you want a break from everything. Quiet, lost in the woods, with a stunning lake view and amazing treatment from all of the staff. One person from the staff could speak perfect English, and he assisted me with care while also performing all of his other duties, he was amazing, professional and attentive! Breakfast was better than dinner, but I overall had a pleasant experience. The room was stunning, with amenities and even a kit for making drip coffee by yourself, and the cypress bathtub with onsen water was delightful. If you don’t have a car, you can use the hotel transfer to and from the JR station and bus stop, and also to get to the town and watch the night fireworks, which is something I advise you to do. Thank you for taking care of me and for cherishing your guests and hotel.

Onsen bellissimo e di grandi dimensioni, sia all'aperto che al chiuso. Noi preso mezza pensione: colazioni e cena a buffet con ampia scelta. Pernottato per tre giorni. Stanza bellissima e comoda, con tutto il necessario. Bellissima esperienza.

Onsen davvero belli. Grandi e puliti. Deserti dopo le 21 (anche perché con tatuaggi ci hanno chiesto di andare a quell'ora). Cena e colazione a buffet, abbondante e variegato. Camere enormi e futon molto comodi.
