Very attentive staff. Contemporary Ryokan esthetic. Huge rooms with lots of amenities. Nice Onsen. Nice complementary lounge. Excellent dinner and service. Had an early departure before breakfast- they packed a Bento Box for me to eat on the train. Facilities and service exceeded my expectations.

The sauna and hot spring facilities are fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel for that alone, as well as the very clean and peaceful environment and the delicious breakfast. Really great value all around.

Hotel is near Tosu Station. use time not more than 5 minute. Room quite look as same as usually Japan Budget Hotel. Breakfast is very Good , widely choice. and delicious.

We loved the nostalgia. The beautiful music and traditional atmosphere. The inside and outside onsen were really nice. Staff were beautiful!

Oh my, what didn't I like. Everything was great, from the water in the onsen, the dinner, the breakfast, the staff. I really cannot complain about anything.

Great location, beautiful property, great service and wonderful staff. The in-house hot spring was great, too. We celebrated our husbands’ big birthday there. The restaurant prepared a special birthday cake for them!

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The area around (Ureshino Onsen) was beautiful with lots of shopping and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and pleasant, and both baths were nice.
