CanadaAmazing experience! Very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. We enjoyed the onsen, as well as the open-air bath on our patio. We dined in both izikaya restaurant and also the chef's set-menu. Both were fantastic! They even made a special vegetarian meal which was so delicious! Such a great place and the free shuttle from Okayama Station was very easy to arrange.

Spent one night here in a room with the private onsen and we absolutely loved it! The room was super spacious with a nice living room and a couch and there were 2 TVs in total. The beds were really comfy and the room was super clean. Very warm and well curated interiors that made our stay special. The private onsen was an absolute delight too!
Breakfast was also pretty enjoyable and we sat at an area overlooking the outdoor garden. We only wish we had more time here!

The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff are also very helpful and friendly. The onsen is also one of the better ones I have been so far. The breakfast is also sumptuous.

The cleaniness, the staffs, the rooms and the onsen are exceptionally great!
The beddings are comfortable and there are pillow choices providing the best sleep.
Oversee tsuyama castle in the room.

Free parking. Close to restaurants and station. Could see the castle at night lit up. Breakfast had a great variety but there was no fruit. Onsen wasn’t jam packed and I could try lotions. Free coffee anytime in Lobby and loanable kids books was great. Staff brought me a trolley for luggage upon request. Felt secure.
