We loved our stay at the villa. We have stayed in Blackpool many times and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Room was a really good size and the most comfy bed ever! Very clean and everything we needed. Location was amazing, right by the water park and main attractions. Breakfast was perfect and the hosts were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We can’t wait to stay again and for longer next time! Thanks to Mike and Rebecca

Everything was exceptional. I read other comments and was very hesitant but it’s all nonsense. The staff were more than polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were so kind and lovely. Our room was very clean there’s nothing negative I can say. If I travel to Birmingham again I’d stay in this hotel again.

The location was quiet and right on the front of south shore,very close to the trams and ideal for pleasure beach and sandcastle water park.The staff were very polite and helpful.The room was very clean comfortable and towels were changed if you need new ones daily.The breakfast were delicious and we ate in the hotel at night and the food was very good too.I look forward to staying again in the future.

-location is lovely , very high up and in the country with great views , but at the same time super close to town, five minutes by car -the spa is nice, especially the outdoor jacuzzi and hot springs - really cool -hot breakfast was good quality and wasn't expected for a free breakfast included in the room rate, nice surprise
