We were delighted with our visit. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. It was one of three onsens we visited, and I must say it was as good as the others, which were more expensive. They were also very good about meeting us at the station with their limo bus. Very enjoyable.

Staff was helpful. They upgraded us because our room type was full. I loved the spa/bath experience too. Makes me want to always stay at a place with one.

Dormy Inn Tsuruga Natural Hot Spring is situated in Tsuruga, 1.1 km from Kehi Jingu Shrine and 40 km from Obama Station. Incorrect notification - not this by this accomodation - caused booking problem that staff handled efficiently and professionally. A beautiful new complex. Interesting room layout. Across the road from small shopping mall. Ten minute walk from station. First time - will definitely re-book in the future.

Its beautiful and traditional facility is complimented by the exceptional service from all staff. The rooms are quiet, very clean and elegant. Most enjoyable is the Onsen bath. I would highly recommend.

Located 18 km from Phoenix Plaza, Grandia Housen offers 4-star accommodation in Awara and features a spa and wellness centre, an open-air bath and a garden. Japan hospitality at its best. Food was good. Lounge was good. Food was good. Nothing to complain. Only thing if they have coin laundry will do wonders for me.
