The staff is extremely nice, it is located near all the relevant public baths and the town's temple. The private onsen is great both for relaxing and for preparing yourself to the bigger public ones. And it is not even expensive.

Amazing room, amazing stuff and amazing food!!! It definitely exceeded my expectations! The stuff was so lovely since the beginning, the dinner was Amazing, the stuff also helped me with the cooking part) I had a room with private outdoor bath, how it was...? Wonderful, definitely recommend it! I could go late at night, early-early in the morning! Will definitely come again here, the Service - TOP!!!

Nie starczy słów, żeby pochwalić przemiłą parę prowadzącą ten hotel. Pokój bardzo przestronny z fajnym widokiem. Naprawdę smaczne ściadania dostępne po drugiej stronie ulicy w cenie pobytu. Onsen pass również wliczony w cenę po dopłaceniu niewielkiej sumy podatku. Absolutnie warty każdego wydajego na rezerwację jena! Pojawiliśmy się przed czasem, zostawiliśmy waliski i mogliśmy skorzystać z kolejki na okoliczną górę, która jest położona nieopodal. Co za wygoda. Jeżeli potrzebujesz naprawdę fajnego miejsa na kolację w mieście zarezerwuj z wyprzedzeniam online! Nie ma tu zbyt dużo miejsc.

Staffs are good. They are able to communicate with you in English. Good customer service! Morning breakfast is excellent. Bed and pillow are good and comfortable! Location is good! I am recommend to all who wish to stay here.

Outstanding service, all staff were amazing! The room was stunning, offering everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend spending the extra for a room with private onsen - it was heavenly.

Obiekt Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu położony jest w miejscowości Toyooka i oferuje zakwaterowania w pokojach z klimatyzacją oraz współdzieloną łazienką. Wspaniałe miejsce! Dogodna lokalizacja- niecałe 5 minut spacerem z dworca. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie w stylu japońskim obfite i przepyszne. Samo miejsce było bardzo czyste, pokój przestronny z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. W cenie mamy zapewniony karnet umożliwiający wejście do wszystkich onsenów w mieście oraz prywatny 40 minutowy seans w hotelowym onsenie. Niezapomniane doświadczenie podczas naszej podróży do Japonii, dziękujemy!

Obiekt Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen-, położony w miejscowości Toyooka, oferuje takie udogodnienia, jak ogród, wspólny salon, restauracja i bezpłatne Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect! Most of the staff speaks English and is very helpful and kind. The surrounding is beautiful and feels like a movie. The private spa is amazing and we had a great stay. Can't wait to be back to Japan soon :)

Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.

Located a 5-minute taxi ride from Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station, Kobe Minato Onsen Ren boasts a variety of hot spring baths, a year-round hot spring outdoor pool, an indoor swimming pool, a... The price is high, but you can expect a lot. The hotel rooms were great. You could choose if you prefer to sleep in big comfy western beds or prefered a Japanese futon instead (there were two rooms, so enough space to get the futons out). Maybe prepare a bit in advance, so that you know what´s going on, because the English introduction at reception is a bit shorter than the Japanese one, but the staff is always really helpful and can answer your questions. Breakfast and diner were both included and were fantastic. The sushi cook in the evening was so helpful and we tried 2-3 different sort of fish we never had before. And all the other dishes were great, too. Don´t forget to stop in time, so that there is still room for dessert ;o) The onsen on the roof is wonderful. You have an excellent night view and can see the beautiful harbour area. There is an onsen for women and one for men. First there is a big room where you undress and put your clothes in little baskets. Then there is a shower room followed by a pool, a whirlpool and the lovely onsen. And if you want to spend around 200 Yen extra, don´t forget to visit the room with the massage chairs. They are amazing.
