Hotel is new and comfortable. Location is good, just opposite the train station. Hotel has a spa and swimming pool. Breakfast is good.

We stayed in a room worn an onsen and it was wonderful. The dinner and the breakfast were plenty and very good. Staff were kind and polite.

The staff was friendly and kind, the room was beautiful, sleeping on futons was really great, the breakfast was just so delicious, and onsen was so relaxing.

Amazing property and terrific value for money. The room we stayed was seperate from the main building (a 2’ walk away) had an onsen bath + outdoor onsen areas and was simply stunning. Such a luxurious feel! You’re own private spa. Good location as well - walkable distance from the sights. (Hells of Beppu etc..) Would highly recommend.
